Successful special educational needs complaints in England quadruple in four years

Complaints about Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) services in England have quadrupled in just four years, exposing a system in deep crisis. Rising demand, lack of funding, and delays in providing legally required support have left children without education and families in distress. The Local Government Ombudsman warns that urgent reform is needed to prevent further failures.
