TPR develops action plan to tackle diversity pay gap

The Pensions Regulator (TPR) has introduced an action plan to address pay disparities within its organization, focusing on ethnicity and sexual orientation pay gaps, which remain above 10%. In its diversity pay gap report, TPR noted that overall gender pay gaps are below 10%, and disability pay gaps are “within tolerance.” The regulator aims to implement targeted measures to reduce these disparities and promote a more inclusive workplace.
