All teachers should have anti-racism training, says NAHT

The National Association of Headteachers (NAHT) is advocating for mandatory anti-racism training for all school staff in England, proposing its inclusion in the statutory Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) guidance. This initiative aims to equip educators with the tools to identify and challenge racism, thereby safeguarding students from discriminatory rhetoric and fostering a more inclusive educational environment.
